Proclamation

To all domestic and international authorities and financial institutions: 

We, the members of The Ma’at do hereby give public notice and proclaim our right to self-determination, to freedom of governance, and removal of all assumptions of usurpation of our indigenous and aboriginal rights and standing, pursuant to International Law. 

Therefore, we, the members of The Ma’at, on 28 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1442 [February 10, 2021] do hereby give official notice, by the will of our Creator and by each of us individually, as expressed and ratified by our autographs below, as Aborigine Indigenous Sentient Beings, with documented lineage and heritage to this land, the formation of the:

Ma’at American Aborigine Tribal Nation

This proclamation is made by the authority of our rights in accordance with International Law by: The United Nations Declaration On The Rights of Indigenous Peoples; and The American Declaration On The Rights Of Indigenous Peoples (adopted at the third plenary session, held on June 15, 2016); and in agreement with the articles of the ILO’s Indigenous and Tribal Peoples Convention, 1989 (No. 169); and pursuant to Executive Order 13107 – Implementation of Human Rights Treaties, December 10, 1998; and pursuant to the Comanche and Witchetaw Treaty of 1835 (agreeing that the treaty will need to be updated). All five documents are hereby attached.
